Ethan Minsker 
President, Director

Mr. Minsker is a writer, artist and independent filmmaker. Minsker has written screenplays, produced and directed eight independent films. His work chronicles the lifestyles and cultures of  overlooked and underappreciated artists. He remains dedicated to the consortium of artists, writers and musicians that the organization supports. Mr. Minsker was also the creator and editor-in-chief of Psycho Moto Zine, which was in publication from 1988-present. Mr. Minsker received his B.F.A. in Film with honors from the School of the Visual Arts and his masters in Media from the New School.

Christopher Yearington 
Vice President, Director

Christopher Yerington is an artist and business owner who resides in NYC.  He was interviewed for Art Direction Magazine at age thirteen with regard to an ad he had recently published in Thrasher Magazine promoting a skateboarding company that he had started out of his basement at age 12.  Mr. Yerington continued in this entrepreneurial spirit, opening Black & White in 1999, a bar that has become an East Village staple for young creatives.  In 2002, Mr. Yerington was a featured artist in a New York Times article on the current state of the NYC art scene.  He has shown work internationally with the Antagonist Movement for over 10 years.  He has spent the last year and half travelling locally and internationally with the CAM project, painting murals in places like New York, Texas, Mexico and Ecuador among others.  When he is not travelling he volunteers his time in New York to at risk youths in high school, teaching them how to screen-print.

Shannon Daugherty

Shannon Daugherty

Ms. Daugherty has worked as an artist and on curatorial projects since 2006.  She has facilitated events as curator and sometimes art handler at gallery spaces such as Sacred Gallery, NYC, The Space in Long Island City, Queens, MF Gallery Brooklyn, New York, and  The New Museum located in the Lower East Side. Ms. Daugherty is a visual artist in New York City and studied at Pratt Institute earning her B.F.A. in Communications Design. She continues studies at the NYU SCPS George H. Heyman, Jr. Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising. Her visual and written pieces have appeared in publications such as the UK based, Sang Bleu, Amsterdam publication of the United Academics Journal of Social Sciences, and the Antagonist Art Movement’s local zine, Psycho Moto
